How to Become an Evaluations/Coach
This session explores the most effective technique for all types of performance feedback, and especially for Toastmasters speech evaluations. It underscores the importance of organizing your feedback comments prior to presenting them, being cautious about the type of language (words) we use during the evaluation, and understanding the concept of motivating as well as offering improvement opportunities to our partner speakers as the basis for our remarks.
