• The district was charged with 135 clubs at the time of the conference. 
  
2 votes per club, a quorum is 90 votes. (2x135=270/3=90)
• Total club ballots issued: 140 (of 270)
• Total district officers ballots issued: 32 (of 39)
• Total ballots issued: 172

Fall Credentials Committee Report - Chair, Jim Martin, DTM:

• The district was charged with 133 clubs at the time of the conference. 

  2 votes per club, a quorum is 89 votes. (2x133=266/3=89)

Is an uncontested race better? You decide!

Last spring there were no contested races, what did that say about our district? Can competition breed greatness? Last Saturday, of the nine (9) District Officer races, four (4) were contested and two very closely (only 14 & 18 votes made the difference).  As District Leaders you are our eyes and ears to the thousands of members who just need that "nudge" to become active in the district (via vote or becoming a district officer). Engaging our members in district activities can only make us GRRRREATER!
