What is the future of Toastmasters? It is the same as the past.
A better question would be, What is Toastmasters?

Toastmasters is the Toastmasters Experience.

A group of people gather in a room, set up chairs and
hang a banner – that is a standard meeting. People give
speeches and fill all the other meeting roles for the next
one to two hours. The chairs are put away and the banner
is rolled up. There is no evidence that a meeting ever took
place. Each member leaves the meeting a better person and
carries that Toastmasters Experience forever.

What is the future of Toastmasters? It will be the same as the past no matter how many changes take place. Toastmasters is a single member giving a single speech in every club around the world. Each member
experience combined with every other member experience is the legacy of Toastmasters.
